SHEISME Wholesale supports retail partners with a clear exchange-only policy designed to reduce sizing and style risk while maintaining pricing integrity across our wholesale network.

Exchange Only Returns are accepted for product exchange only.
No Refunds No refunds and no restocking charges.
Buyer Return Shipping Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
SHEISME Re-Shipping Exchange re-delivery is covered by SHEISME for eligible U.S. orders.

Exchange Policy

To support our retail partners, SHEISME Wholesale offers a 100% exchange option per order under the following conditions.

  • Items must be new and unworn.
  • Items must be unaltered.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Exchanges may be used for size adjustments.
  • Exchanges may be used for style changes, subject to availability.
  • Exchange re-shipping is covered by SHEISME for eligible U.S. orders only.

This policy is designed to help wholesale partners reduce inventory risk while maintaining fair pricing, product quality, and long-term retail value.

General Return Terms

  • We accept returns for product exchange only.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • Exchange re-shipping will be covered by SHEISME for eligible U.S. orders.
  • No refunds will be issued.

All exchange requests must receive prior approval from SHEISME Wholesale before any item is shipped back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact SHEISME Wholesale within 3 days of delivery so our team can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Important Approval Requirements

  • Items sent back without approval may be denied or returned to sender.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or claims for the following situations:

  • Change of mind.
  • Unsold inventory.
  • Minor color or fabric variations caused by screen display differences.
  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers.
