These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through SHEISME’s wholesale program. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Pricing Structure
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on total order value. Discount tiers are applied at the time of order and may vary by product category, inventory availability, and account approval status.
- Orders under $10,000 may receive up to 40% off MSRP.
- Orders above $10,000 may receive up to 60% off MSRP.
- Final pricing may vary by style, category, availability, and approval status.
Additional details, including exact pricing tiers, style availability, and partnership benefits, will be shared upon approval.
2. No Minimum Order Quantity
To support different types of partners while maintaining brand value, SHEISME offers a tiered pricing structure based on order volume and partner type.
Brand Representative / Social Seller
Order Quantity: Under 10 pieces
Ideal for influencers, content creators, and social commerce sellers starting with SHEISME.
Estimated Margin: ~20%Official Wholesale Partner
Order Quantity: 10+ pieces, under $10,000
Suitable for boutiques and growing retailers building their SHEISME assortment.
Estimated Margin: Up to 40%Preferred Wholesale Partner
Order Quantity: 10+ pieces, over $10,000
Best for established retailers and high-volume wholesale partners.
Estimated Margin: Up to 60%Partners may be reviewed for tier upgrades based on order volume, sell-through potential, account history, and brand alignment.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
All wholesale orders require production and processing time prior to shipment.
- In-stock items ship within 5–10 business days.
- Order request items, made-to-order items, and backorder items ship within 2–4 weeks.
- Processing times may vary based on order volume, seasonality, and product availability.
4. Restock Frequency
SHEISME regularly introduces new styles and restocks high-demand items.
- Restocks are not guaranteed for all styles.
- Best-selling items may sell out quickly.
- Early ordering is recommended to secure inventory.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All wholesale orders are considered final sale. Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted unless otherwise approved by SHEISME.
Exchange Policy
To support our retail partners, SHEISME offers a 100% exchange option per order under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
- Exchanges are limited to size or style adjustments based on availability.
- Exchange re-shipment shipping costs are covered by SHEISME for eligible U.S. orders only.
This exchange policy is designed to reduce inventory risk while maintaining pricing integrity and product value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact SHEISME Wholesale within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation. Approved issues will be resolved promptly at no additional cost.
6. Damaged Items Policy
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Clear photo documentation is required.
- Damaged items are reviewed case by case.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- No automatic refunds, returns, or exchanges are guaranteed without prior approval.
7. Dropshipping Policy
Dropshipping is permitted on approved SKUs under T1 wholesale pricing.
- Retailers are responsible for customer service.
- Retailers are responsible for order accuracy.
- Retailers are responsible for accurate brand representation.
- SHEISME reserves the right to limit or revoke dropshipping access at any time.
8. MAP Policy
To protect brand integrity and retail partner margins, SHEISME enforces a Minimum Advertised Price policy.
- Products may not be advertised below SHEISME.com pricing.
- This applies to website listings.
- This applies to paid ads, including Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
- This applies to public promotions and advertised offers.
Exceptions
- Short-term promotional discounts may be allowed.
- Promotional exceptions must receive prior written approval from SHEISME.
Violation of the MAP policy may result in account suspension or termination of wholesale access.
9. Order Acceptance
All wholesale orders are subject to review and approval.
- SHEISME reserves the right to refuse service.
- SHEISME reserves the right to cancel orders.
- SHEISME reserves the right to limit quantities.
- Orders may be reviewed based on inventory, account status, and brand alignment.
10. Policy Updates
SHEISME may update these terms at any time. Continued ordering through the SHEISME Wholesale program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
